Returns

We believe in flexibility. You can return or exchange products within 3 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

Instant Return

You can return the product at the time of delivery if:

  • The product is wrong, defective, damaged, not as described, or has quality issues.
  • There is a size mismatch.
  • You change your mind about receiving the order entirely or partially (delivery charges apply).

Standard Return

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and return it within 3 days. For locations outside Chattogram, the issue will be resolved within 7 days after notification.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • The product must be unused, and the original packaging must be intact.
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Your money is safe with us. Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • If we cannot provide a replacement for a returned item.
  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • If a different product is delivered.
  • If an online payment is made twice due to a technical error.

Refund Process

  • Notify us with your Order ID and reason for the refund request via email at [email protected].
  • We will evaluate your request and process the refund within 7-10 working days.
  • Refunds for payments made using Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For bKash payments, refunds will be processed within 2 working days to your desired bKash account.

Note

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made beforehand.
  • Delivery charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), Nokshikatha will bear the delivery and return shipping charges.

If the return is due to a customer’s decision (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the delivery and return shipping charges.
